Location History
Village on the Gras plateau, north of the gorges of Ardeche, it is surrounded by ramparts of the medieval architecture remains at the heart of a beautiful landscape. In summer, the fields of lavender color and perfume the tea and add to the beauty of the Mediterranean scrubland. The village is dominated by the Dent de Rez, which rises to 720 m (panoramic view) .Entouré by the municipalities of Saint-Remèze, Saint-Montan and Larnas, Gras is located 6 km northeast of the Saint-Remèze largest city environs.Situé to 336 meters, La Conche River, the River Nègue, stream of Entibes are the main rivers that cross the town Gras.La town is near the natural park regional Monts d'Ardèche.
