Property of Mr. Mignot, who owes his fortune with the creation of a series of stores called the "French Counters". Owner of a field of farm and forest of approximately three thousand hectares, the industrialist become gentleman farmer, give the order to the architect "Louis Süe" the construction of a castle surrounded by forest with animals. The plans of executions go back to 1928 and 1929. The gardens were worked out by Jean-Claude Nicolas Forestier at the same time. Louis Süe also designed pieces of furniture of style art déco for the owner. This property always belongs to the Mignot family and resides at it.
