The Ormesson estate has been Le Fèvre d'Ormesson family's property eversince the seventeenth century. It occupies an area of 145 hectares among which 70 hectares are devoted to the park and 54 hectares are devoted to the golf course.
The golf course was designed in 1925. Unfortunately, it was destroyed during the war. In 1964, André d'Ormesson, who was the owner of the estate, decided to rebuild it. The club house has not changed ever since, which explains the global stylistic coherence of the place.
