The main building (FIL) of Les Nids du Virolois is the former Flipo Fils Ainés cotton mill built in the 1920s. The factory ceased to operate in the 1977s. Since then, it has been occupied by various companies, the last being Alema, in haberdashery, headgear and hosiery which closed its doors in about 2013. Today, you can find the third place Les Nids du Virolois there.
