This former vinyl-pressing factory, rehabilitated as a hybrid event venue on a human scale, boasts 3,000m² divided into 3 spaces, making it the 1st events hub in the Eure department.
Proud of its history and industrial past, the Seine-Eure conurbation has preserved the architectural codes of the industry of the time: authentic curved ceilings, industrial parts of the old factory, exposed metal frameworks.
The decor and fittings are based on raw materials such as metal, wood and concrete, and sober paint colors, so that the Hub Expo & Congrès spaces blend into any decor.
