Location History
"The Menarderie" is an old winery, surrounded by vineyards, facing the village of Archaic. Logis typical regional architecture, dates from the early 19th century. This is a remarkable collection with a courtyard dominated by a pigeon hipped roof with a stone staircase. It was probably built in the early 18th century to replace the old house. It was given as a dowry to the daughter of a family who made Chillac a vineyard. The current owners, antique business, bought out the field there about 10 years.
