The main part of the farm dates from 1779, outbuildings of 19 and 20 th siècles.La house is restored, but at the back firm body (pigsty, chicken coop, barn, bread oven still to restore). We expanded part open terrace (where the pool and a trailer is located) and overlooking the Charente countryside. In the garden there is a gazebo and a pond in the process of development. Total more than 500 m2 of bati and 7000 m2 of land. Detached neighborhood.
