The site has several buildings Hoerdt several times from the 19th century to contemporary. The last construction date of 90 years. The site was decommissioned in the early 21th century following the opening of a power plant nearby (now closed) Out of the thirty buildings on this site over 15 hectares, only one remains in operation today . This is a nursing home that will be closed in 2013. The site is intended for sale for 2014 to 2015. Some buildings are still usable and can be reconnected to the water and electricity.
