Vattetot-sur-mer is a village in the Pays de Caux region, nestled between sea and land, with its beautiful wooded valleys. The commune currently covers 507 hectares and has 326 inhabitants.
Vattetot-sur-Mer comprises several hamlets: “le bout de Vattetot”, “la Haye d'Etigues” and “Brandeville” and the “hameau de Vaucottes”.
Saint-Pierre church is believed to have been built in the 12th century. Throughout history, it has undergone extensive damage and restoration.
Inside, you can admire a painting by Eugène Grandin in 1893. It was commissioned by Captain Louis Lécuyer and donated to the church for having escaped a shipwreck.
