General presentation
Built in the first half of the 14th century then assigned to the Chapter of Canons founded in 1318 by Pope John XXII. In southern Gothic style, its bell tower-porch is 42 meters high. The painted wooden ceiling of the nave was installed following a fire at the end of the 16th century and the richly decorated choir was restored in 2018. The ORGAN is by GREGOIRE RABINY (1740-1821). Its excellent condition and the remarkable acoustics of the church make it possible to offer high-quality concerts.
