The Léonard de Vinci European school was inaugurated in 2008. It replaces a former school, temporarily transferred for ground pollution issues.
The current school has the High Environmental Quality label. The non-polluting building materials are glass, wood and zinc, all recycable. The school is equipped with underground heating, regulating the temperature both in summer and winter. The basement has daylighting thanks to light shafts.
