Location History
Castle Mountain is located on a rocky outcrop to 414 meters. It offers a wide panorama of the landscape nearby. Few elements of the medieval period. The castle has undergone various changes as the centuries. Found mostly in the footsteps of the Renaissance. During the reign of Louis XIV, the castle was used as armories or garrison. The chapel is still intact. World War II has caused substantial damage throughout the site; roofs generally have been destroyed by bombing. Reconstruction from 1990 contributions so contemporary.
