Location History
One of the most beautiful example of anglo-norman gothique from the fisrt half of XIIIth Century. Built near the spring wich gave it its name, the abbey is on of the last Cisterian foundation in Normandy.Consecrated on 1218, one can find remnants of the abbey church, of the nuns workroom, and of thje chapter house on primitive gothique, the visiting room, and the Saint Michel chapel which has been modified on XVth century.
